Behavior and Homework News

When asked to write in the behavior notebook, students will owe 10 minutes of their recess (half) in the media center.
When asked to fill out a think sheet, students will owe 20 minutes of their recess (the whole thing!) in the media center.
If student need an additional think sheet in "Buddy Room" they will miss sitting with friends at lunch, and miss recess in the media center.
*When student does not bring back mostly-completed homework the day it is due, they will spend lunch and recess getting it completed, and reading a book. The student will sit away from other kids at lunch, and will spend the entire recess completing BEST-EFFORT work, reading when finished.

Book Report II.

Our new book report is: Design Your Own Cereal Box!
Kids will be reading a science fiction, or fantasy book, and using the info from the book to create a cereal box that would advertise the components of that book. Directions will be printed, and distributed later this week, but I know some of you would like the advance notice to start hunting for and reading your book!
This will be due at the end of the second quarter (December).
